The reason is simple – unlike the original filter,the recharge pack contains a completely sealed charge of carbon encapsulated in a nylon, surgical stockinette, bag. The tightly knitted stockinette ensures that the carbon stays put and forms itself to the shape of the filter housing so that no water bypasses the filter medium.

Returns Policy
We will exchange or refund any item you are not completely satisfied with as long as the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of you receiving that item. We are not responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for the return of unwanted items.
You should always ask for proof of postage for any returned item as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit.
